Tatum: Mommy, when was the last time you and daddy dated?
Me: You mean, when was the last time daddy and I went on a date?
Tatum: Yeah, a dance date.
Me: Oh? You mean when was the last time daddy and I went dancing? Do you think daddy needs to take me dancing on a date?
Tatum (with great enthusiasm): Heck yeah!
(Conversation took place on the way to church before her volleyball game. This girl absolutely cracks me up, and I love that she wants to see her daddy and I do things together!)
