High risk is not a term I would use to describe myself. Or this pregnancy. So it was a little disconcerting when, after my first non-stress test today at the doctors office, I realized that phrase was circled on my paperwork as I was taking my slip up to the front to check out.
Hmph.
It's just a phrase. And it changes nothing, really.
My God is bigger than a phrase on a piece of paper at any doctors office and He's in control of this situation.
In case you're wondering, the non-stress test went well today. Stay tuned for Monday, when we do another non-stress and have an ultrasound to measure the amniotic fluid levels.
