To get the kids to work on their areas of control (ie., THEIR rooms), while I simultaneously work on the rest of the house. Plus laundry, plus whatever else happens to be on my to-do list today. (The goal is to surprise Daddy when he gets home with a clean house. The question is whether or not this is an attainable goal). And to get ALL of it done in enough time to get a birthday present for the party we have at 2 PM.
AND to make time for naps prior to that. For the kids. Not necessarily for me (who are we kidding!?!?).
We'll see how that goes...
